  • We love providing unique, cultural travel experiences to our customers. Some of the locations we offer are not fully developed from a touristic infrastructure standpoint so it is important to ensure that our tours are the right fit for you before booking. Our tours are for you if:

    • You are open minded, flexible and adaptable to new experiences and other ways of doing things

    • You enjoy meeting and spending significant time with a small group of like-minded travelers

    • You are interested in and want to know more about the history and culture of our destinations in order to help us dispel the myths

    • You want to slow down for a week of fun and personal growth

  • We are the first to admit that our tours are not for everyone. Our tours may not be for you if:

    • You want vibrant, exciting night life options like clubs and bars

    • You only stay in 5-star hotels or are looking for luxury experiences

    • You are unable to walk on uneven terrain

    • You are intolerant to high temperatures and direct sunlight during excursions

  • Reserve your spot on any of our tours by paying a $500 USD deposit. The balance is due 120 days prior to your tour’s departure date unless otherwise stated. Go to our booking page, select your tour, pay the deposit and we will hold your spot. Before booking, please read our Booking Terms & Conditions which includes our cancellation penalties.

  • Once you arrive in the tour country, everything except personal expenses is included in the tour price. Specifically included is ground transportation (including airport transfers) in the tour country, lodging, all meals, entrance fees/activities/tours for all scheduled activities, tour guides, language interpreters, and gratuities.

    Everything else is excluded from the tour price. Airfare, entry visa(s), travel medical insurance, and personal purchases like souvenirs or toiletries are not included in tour price.

  • Yes, of course! We even offer discounts for groups of a certain size. Contact us today to talk about private tour dates, customizations, and discounts.

  • While we try our best to accommodate as many dietary restrictions as possible, the availability of ingredients varies by tour location. If you have severe allergies or sensitivities, please contact us to discuss options before booking.

  • All gratuities are included in your tour price so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the tour!

  • First, congratulations on booking. We are excited for you to experience our tours!

    Once we’ve confirmed the minimum number of tour participants, we’ll send you a Confirmed Departure email. From there, we will walk you through every step of the way with a pre-departure checklist, packing list, airport arrival details, and optional pre-departure prep call with us.
